Sophie has been an amazing property manager and I cannot praise her enough. Sophie's knowledge surrounding residential tenancy is second to none and she always comes up with a solution to any issue my property presents her with. Sophie is hardworking, dedicated and patient and this shows in how smoothly the management of my property has been (despite her being thrown a few curve balls!). She is friendly, helpful and always goes above and beyond her job description. In a time where customer service is lacking, Sophie has never once complained about having to undertake extra tasks, contact people on my behalf and often does this outside of her working hours. I cannot thank Sophie enough for her efforts to date - she really is one of a kind and I would recommend her to anyone needing a property manager.
