Initially, 10-15yrs, I had been managing my properties myself. However the rent had fell way behind market value, up to 25-30% below. Kate Storey helped me navigate the legalities of rental increases and helped manage a tenant, who’d become resentful and unrealistic in their expectations because of the rental increases. When the time came they professionally managed the re-leasing of my properties and found tenants who have been far more suitable. Sold our house through a company we have had a decade of business with, I hold confidentiality of my business as for most when dealing with any and all professionals! My confidentiality was breeched by the sales woman discussing how she sold our property with her husbands friend, he happens to be a colleague of mine! The house sale cost over $20,000 to have my private business functions discussed openly with others without my consent. I cannot believe that this happened! I expect nothing be done I will NEVER use this sales person for any future business. It is fortunate that other trusted employees of this company have a proven record of appropriately managing our private matters and are considered favourably by me or I certainly would be taking our current business to another company!
