Since being with Kate Storey, it has not only been a seamless and stress free process but Alison has been an outstandingly kind and helpful person. I'm so impressed by her care, communication and professionalism, it really has stood out to me. It has made my move-in and all associated paper work get completed a lot more easily, and this is definately due to Alison's genuine helpful nature and her quick response time to any queries, nothing was a bother. The receptionist at the Sorell office was very nice and helpful, as was the other staff member there at the time who helped me find another form, nice people at reception are a real asset and a joy to deal with.
