Over the time I was associated with Jade Fraser and Kemp Real Estate, Port Lincoln I was very impressed with her understanding of our requirements. Christmas time is a very busy time for anyone and despite our very limited time frame in the area Jade was able to arrange several inspections of a suitable house which ultimately led to my purchase of my future home. I found her knowledgeable of the property market and amenable to negotiations between the vendors and myself which facilitated a speedy and easy purchase. I was delighted to have her assistance in this process and appreciated her knowledge and skill in dealing with the legal matters involved.Thank you Jade for being available to answer my many questions and being so approachable and helpful throughout this experience.
