Since commencing in real estate we have discovered that whilst obtaining the best price for your home is important, there are other values that you will want from your agent during the sale process. For example, there is a good chance you will like us to keep our appointments, be on time, or call if there is a change to our itinerary. This is simple, professional courtesy. Efficient in all ways, really easy to communicate. Always reachable.

All agents that I have been working with are very friendly. If there’s any issues or questions raised, they always get on them as soon as they could. This really saved me a lot of headaches especially when searching for properties and moving gets too stressful. The way of management through the app is also really helpful. It helps me to track all the records of previous discussions, as well as all the communication has been really transparent and easy to reach out to.

The property of this company are really popular and nice, have missed two good apartment then finally have a home now. Amy was doing a really good job for helping me to find apartment, and Brian is also reliable. They solve the problems with a really fast speed and efficient.

Brian is the Best at Leasing

Despite a tough market, Brian achieved a great result in leasing my property. He worked very hard and his effort was observed with the level of detail he provided and work outside of regular hours. He is hungry to achieve, is passionate about helping others and has an acute sense of perception. All extremely rare qualities for anyone these days. The advertisement he placed online was enthusiastic, lively, had imagination and was in line with the age group looking for a Tenancy. He is very much engaged and immersed in his role and is the perfect person for leasing. The Kho & Lee agency are lucky to have him.
