From the initial phone call to Raine and Horne. Everyone we communicated with were professional, attentive and focussed on us achieving the best possible outcome. James in particular was excellent and kept us up to date during the entire process.
We were kept on top of the proceedings of getting in new tenants. Liz made it all very clear and simple to understand the steps involved. Smooth transition.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Very responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. Communication was seamless when organising an inspection and then moving in. They organised an electrician to come out and fix lights quickly without me asking and when I did ask for the dryer to be fixed, they organised for a new one delivered about a week later or so. Had no dramas whatsoever, everything I would expect from a professional and attentive real estate agent.
