The house that Jay has just sold for me I had bought via him back in 2016. I was very impressed with him as an agent back then.The house was being property managed by another agency for me and I first placed it with them for sale (thinking it was the best thing to do due to the tenancy) and wasted three months. I switched to Jay and he had it sold in no time. Had it not been for the tenants I would have chosen him initially and really wish I'd done so. He does what he says he will do and he gets results. We were selling a property on the Central Coast & approached 3 local agents for valuations and sales proposal. Jay's sales proposal was by far the most comprehensive and professional of the three agencies. He provided comparison information on similar properties in the area, what they had sold for, what the asking price was for those currently on the market, and how they differed from my property. His knowledge of the market is excellent. He provided a valuation which was higher than the other agents and the property was sold for exactly that sum. His marketing strategy attracted a significant number of enquiries and inspections at a very difficult time during covid lockdown. At all times I gained the impression that he was operating in my best interests and I was guided by his expert knowledge of local real estate. I would definitely highly recommend this agent.
