Paul Griffin
The sale of our property at Verona was accepted by LJ Hooker Bega. We were not sure how to attend to this sale, but Paul Griffin put our minds at ease with his professional and friendly manner. We have been most satisfied with how the sale has been presented.

Greatly satisfied
At all times we have found Paul to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He introduced a constant stream of potential buyers and kept us well informed with progress after each inspection. With his extensive knowledge of the local market he was spot on with the valuation he provided and worked hard to achieve it for us. We can definitely recommend him to anybody wanting to buy or sell property.

Professional
We give Tim the heads up that the property would be coming up for sale a month in advance and by the time we were ready to sell, he already had a buyer for us. We got the asking price and it was over and done with quickly and smoothly, absolutely fabulous. Thanks, Tim.

Helpful through the process
We had limited time in Bega to look and Paul identified a couple of candidate properties, one of which we purchased. He was helpful with the process, which was different to the process in Queensland we were used to and made sure we got the deal finalised on time and without too much fuss.
