Due to the nature of the property extra time and care was afforded to us with multiple inspections and liasing with the vendor more than is typical of a standard house sale. Tim met us on multiple occasions and attempted to meet all our needs where possible. Tim was not your typical pushy salesman and offered clear communication throughout the whole process. From the moment Tim walked down my front steps I knew I had an agent I could trust. Tim greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and spent the time answering my non stop questions throughout the process. Nothing was too little an ask and he always took the time to explain and give his honest opinion to the hurdles we came across. Tim knows the market well and was spot on when give me an estimate and time it would take to sell the property.
