David has been managing my 3 bedroom unit in Burwood for nearly 20 years and has been doing his best to keep us advised with the right approach to market changes and tenant requests in a fair and descent manner to both parties. David took a flexible approach to meeting some of my specific requests. I have found David trustworthy and efficient in dealing with my requests and I strongly recommend his services to any prospective landlord/tenant.

I am lucky to have Mr David Crawley looking after my rental property. He is friendly, professional and I often recommend him to all my friends or anyone needing a really excellent property manager. I believe David is now a senior partner of the business which really verifies what I'm saying to be true. David has also managed additional properties for my husband. David has a nice nature and is a good communicator and efficient to work with. He dots all the I and crosses all the T. My current investment apartment has been with David for over 14 years with only 3 changes of tenant. I also believe he has the ability to choose good tenants. Very happy with David and L J Hooker. Thank you.

I had the great privilege of having David Crawley as my agent when I rented an apartment some years ago. I was so delighted with the way I was treated as a tenant - respectfully, professionally and with care - that when years I later decided to rent my apartment that I immediately reached out to David. Once again he has shown his professionalism, this time helping manage this property. I strongly recommend David to tenants and owners alike.

We’ve recently engaged Jacalyn Spidy from LJH Burwood to manage our property. So far, she has been extremely efficient, hardworking, shown to have an eye for detail and is probably one of the best property managers we have dealt with. She was able to find a tenant for us within a week of signing. She is professional, presents and communicates very well and constantly keep us updated. We are very fortunate to have her working for us.
