LJ Hooker Burwood
We rented our first home in Australia through LJ Hooker Burwood and stayed there for almost 6.5 years. This house has been a very special part of our lives—our children were only 4 and 8 when we moved in and spent most of their childhood there. We are deeply grateful to the owner for providing such a comfortable and well-maintained home, and to Jacqueline and her team for their professionalism, responsiveness, and ongoing support throughout our tenancy. It was an emotional farewell for us as the home holds so many memories, but we leave with great appreciation for the care and convenience provided. I would highly recommend LJ Hooker Burwood to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property team.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jacylan, and I can confidently say she’s one of the most efficient and professional property managers I’ve ever dealt with. She consistently assists me with every matter—whether it’s lease agreements, releases, or insurance claims—with remarkable speed and precision. Her depth of experience is evident in how quickly she identifies solutions and handles issues without fuss. No matter the complexity, she approaches everything with calm confidence and a proactive attitude. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that I have someone so capable and responsive managing my property. Jacalyn and her team from LJ Hooker Burwood have been looking after our properties for more than 3 years. Their professionalism and enthusiasm convince us that our investment is in good hands. Jacalyn acts proactively to resolve issues before they grow and provides valuable suggestions to improve our competitiveness against others, ensuring us a smooth and worry-free ownership experience. This is what I call a qualified managing agency. I won't hesitate to recommend both to anyone who is seeking professional property management services. Don't just take my word for it. Find out yourself.
LJ Hooker Burwood
Jacalyn is always efficient. She is very articulate and does not hesitate to give a clear and thoughtful opinion about all aspects of renting out a property. Jacalyn is accustomed to looking at properties and identifying any areas that require maintenance. This is a very rare skill. She has a natural flair for organisation and would be an asset to any workplace. I hope she does not get 'head-hunted' and leave her current position!
