I had one property managed by the Team at L.J.Hooker Burwood and another property with a highly rated agent in the area, I have now given the Team at L.J.Hooker Burwood both my properties. Their service is exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble, their service is fast, efficient and they take the time to listen to my concerns, provide excellent realistic advice using their local market knowledge and communicate that knowledge in a professional yet relaxed manner. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I receive from the property management Team at L.J.Hooker Burwood. They are always the first property managers I recommend to anyone that might be looking for property management.

The rental experience has been amazing, Jacalyn has provided lots of open and professional advice throughout the rental process, and the communications have been structured and prompt. Any changes requested have also been dealt with in a timely manner, I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

The Rental Department at LJ Hooker didn’t take long to lease out my apartment. They were prompt and professional and very easy to communicate with. They have also been managing my property for the past 12 months with no issues.

My rental management agent Jacalyn Spidy has been my agent for over 10 years, she is great to work with, understands the brief and executes it well. I can’t recommend her high enough

I rented my place out through LJ Hooker. The entire process was so smooth and my apartment was rented out so quickly. Jacalyn kept me informed all the time and once we had a tenant, she worked quickly to ensure everything was ready for move in. Would highly recommend Jacalyn as your property manager!

After having years of woeful service from another agency in Burwood, my faith has been restored by LJ Hooker. Jacalyn has been so helpful, is a great communicator and just generally does her job very well for both myself as a landlord, and for the tenant. She makes the whole process easy and is always approachable and knowledgeable.

After 10 years of my real estate investment managed by Rich and Oliva in Croydon Park, everything started to fall apart. I moved to Singapore in 2009 and R&O, Croydon Park, managed my property until 2019. Everything was initially good, however over time the property was poorly managed, to the point of 2 years of rental not paid. I was introduced to David from my sister in law and transitioned my properties to David. David has been amazing from the first date we connected to now. He even managed the renovations of my property during covid as I was still in Singapore. His very diligent, reliable and easy to connect with. He manages your property as though he owns it and is always looking at for your best interest. I have become more loyal to David than his brand!

I called the LJ Hooker office as I was looking for agents to help me find tenants for my 1-bedder. I was lucky enough to be directed to Jacalyn, and I was immediately put at ease knowing I was in good hands. She's genuine, warm, and always approachable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend Jacalyn from LJ Hooker Burwood!
