The day I met Joe, I knew he was the agent I wanted to work with. Our home has been in the family for many years. My grandchildren were the 6th generation to build memories in this home. Joe understood just how difficult and sad the process was for me and was nothing but kind, patient, caring and respectful. He took time to reassure me and support me throughout the entire process, keeping in regular contact, with multiple phone calls a week. If I had a question, I could call him any time... nothing was a problem. Joe also helped arrange lawn care and gardening prior to the sale, as well as a team of workers to help empty the house. The expected sales price Joe gave me was spot on and we sold at auction for a substantial amount... more than I even imagined. Joe was incredibly efficient dealing with the sale of my parents'home. There were regular updates and an excellent line of communication as he managed the clear-out and clean-up of the home almost immediately. This was no small feat in a house occupied by them continuously since 1948. He had broad knowledge of the effect of market forces, and deep knowledge of the house market in the locality. Joe handled the sale of our one bedroom unit in a highly professional manner.
