The day I met Joe, I knew he was the agent I wanted to work with. Our home has been in the family for many years. My grandchildren were the 6th generation to build memories in this home. Joe understood just how difficult and sad the process was for me and was nothing but kind, patient, caring and respectful. He took time to reassure me and support me throughout the entire process, keeping in regular contact, with multiple phone calls a week. If I had a question, I could call him any time... nothing was a problem. Joe also helped arrange lawn care and gardening prior to the sale, as well as a team of workers to help empty the house.
