Sam was both very approachable, knowledgeable about the market and down to earth. The Raine and Horne team worked seamlessly to manage the tenants in the property and the sale process. The team held a number or private inspections to ensure interested parties could view the property- these were even done on a Sunday. I had a fantastic experience dealing with David Malouf and Sophie Kirby. They are an incredibly hard working team. Sophie is a fantastic support to David which allows him to do what he does best. David was always punctual, he never missed an inspection, he always worked around prospective buyers schedules and my own schedule, he always called me immediately when an inspection was complete with feedback and provided regular updates. David is one of the best agents in Sydney if not the best and I think the thing that sets him apart is that while he is working for seller he also tries to ensure a good experience for the buyer from pre settlement inspections to working with lawyers on both sides to ensure a smooth settlement process.
