Exceptional Service
After purchasing a property through Laing + Simmons Miranda and being impressed with the service I received from Michael Green as a first home buyer, it was a no brainer for me to go back to Laing + Simmons when searching for a property manager. All contact and communication I have received from Michelle and Jordan has been exceptional in regards to leasing my property. I have complete trust they have my best interest at their forefront at all times.

Michelle is excellent
Michelle inspected my property carefully and identified some problems which previous agent and other agent’s BD had not identified. This is very important as other agent sent out very junior staff who does not have enough experience to identify problems. She also went onsite to discuss job with tradies to make sure what need to be will be done correctly. She gave me timely updates. Very experienced, responsive and with very reasonable fees. (I have other investment properties with other agents so I have some idea of the fee agent charges) I will recommend her to anyone based on my experience so far.

Great Agency
When living interstate having a good agent you can rely on to manage your investment property is very important. Laing and Simmons organised the change of tenancy, repairs and the laying of new carpet seamlessly and kept us informed along the way. We have no hesitation in recommending Laing and Simmons.
