We found Peter very friendly and informative to all prospective buyers at the open house we attended. Peter gave us a brochure on the unit and this was well laid out giving all the information to buyers showing improvements, inclusions, reason for sale, year built. Advised steps to follow when purchasing, submitting an offer, notification of involved groups (solicitor, conveyancer, bank or financial institution). Once our offer was accepted Peter advised us of what we had to do to secure the property and begin the settlement process. Kept us in the communication loop during the purchase. Gave us sales data re properties sold at Miranda to help make a decision.
