Property management was excellent up until Covid hit Australia. Since then a restructure of the team has seen terrible service and poor communication. My long term tenant left after having little to no response from the newly appointed property manager. Very disappointing as the former property manager had been very good. My personal experience with the new property manager is similar, poor communication, emails and texts with spelling mistakes, I have to follow up continuously to make sure things are being done.

I was told the air con and burned need to be fixed on 6 Nov by repair manager. I agreed and asked for a quote, but no update afterwards. I received the inspection report and tenants complained about these 2 things again. So I had to follow up on 25th.
