It can be a stressful time selling a home but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the friendly genuine service I received from Adam Sacco. He provided initial advice regarding improvements both interior and exterior to best present my home for sale. Adam also provided an in depth assessment of the likely buyer for my home and, in general, what they would be looking for in a home in my price range. His estimate of the home’s worth was spot on and he managed to sell it $5,000 above the asking price (or about $30k above what I thought the property would bring).
