Melinda was a true professional in every way when she sold our home for us. Her preparation via the acquisition of knowledge about the design, lay out and features of our property was first class. This enabled her to write a magnificent description and pitch for the property which would have been difficult to better. She then conducted open for inspections and private inspections with great respect for both the property and for those inspecting it, answering prospective buyer questions and providing suggestions and advice about how the property could be used in accordance with their stated individual needs. She was always so patient with us and her communication was brilliant with feedback given to us on each group inspecting our home immediately after the inspection had been completed. When the sale was made she negotiated on our behalf and secured us a price we were extremely happy with. We would highly recommend Melinda to any prospective seller or buyer of property in our local community. There would be few if any agents who can match her overall skill, professionalism, communication and negotiation abilities whilst at the same time also establishing a close rapport with all parties involved in the transaction.
