I've seen her first doing an auction in one of the houses in Elizabeth drive and I was really impressed. I was sure that the vendor was happy the way that auction wen through. Then came the time that I was the purchaser and she was the agent assigned to sell and do the auction for the property, though the vendor passed with the highest bid which was mine the negotiation between myself and the vendor went smooth because of Melinda. It was really difficult for me to trust an agent because I've been played around by some of them. I know that it is their job but with Melinda there was that feeling that I can trust and believe on what she says and that is the reason why I've chosen her to sell the property that I bought from her. In a way that is a simple gratitude for what she has done for me in the past. Agents were coming to me to have a second opinion to list the property but there was no hesitation on my part to stick with Melinda. I must say it was a very good partnership with her and really happy that the property was sold on its first open day with the target selling price exceeded!
