I used Adam when selling our house. On first impression I knew I had picked the right agent for me. He was very researched and had great knowledge about what we were to expect with our house price and market demand. Add to this the advice he gave to make the house more appealing to further buyers. This advice included how best to de clutter before photos to best ways to display our garden/deck area. After taking all this on board on house was on the market. Adam promised us a quick sale and delivered! Within 4 days of house going on the market we had sold our house. With over 40 enquires at an open house that only went for 30 minutes I was absolutely amazed. At this point I knew our house was going to sell because Adam had done everything in his power to assure he got us a quick sale and top dollar. By 4pm that day Adam had rung me to say he had an offer we couldn't refuse. With an offer $40K over estimated he certainly had delivered. It was an unbelievable result. I was absolutely blown away! Adam worked incredibly hard to get us a great result. He was professional throughout. Amazing to deal with and to speak to about any concerns I had. I can happily say I would use Adam again and have recommended him to anyone I know who is thinking of selling their house.

Adam was very helpful and advised us what we should do to the property beforehand in order to get a great result once advertised. He was more than happy to come and view the place in the lead up and once advertised we were sold within 4 days, getting the price he said he would at our initial consultation. We had bought and sold a few times before and found real estate agents taking their commissions rather than earning them. We had 2 agents in prior to Adam on our house who both low balled us and wanted to auction for a better result. We brought Adam in to have a look and he put it in writing “no offers under 20,000 more than the previous 2 agents highest expected price” We chose Adam of course. Then Adam went to work telling us what we needed to do to achieve it. We trusted and followed his every recommendation. The result we achieved together was, 40,000 more than the other 2 agents in 4 hours after our first open for inspection! Adam in affect now has just covered himself. He’s worked for free, now compared to the other agents. If all agents possessed Adams expertise companies like “purple bricks and upside, wouldn’t even get any enquirers” You can’t beat free!
