We recently have renewed our lease. We had a a bad tenant that enticed us in to a lease with good rent and 6 months in advance. They left without warning and still owe us water and rent also leaving the property outdoors a mess and leaving old furniture and rubbish in doors We now have a new young couple and hope to move forward thanks to the staff at at LJ Hooker who are always available to help

They've given me hope again that property investing doesn't require a lot of time when you have a great property manager in place. LJH Beenleigh are easy to deal with, take a common sense approach, great communicators and their systems for monitoring incoming/outgoing payments and property reports just make sense. I wish they managed all my properties!
