We could not be more satisfied with the work Jade Hale has done as our Agent. The quality of service and guidance Jade provides well exceeds others in the field. Everything went as we had hoped for even down to a quick sale and asking price, the sign didn't even make the front lawn. Jade Hale..."SOLD" Our house in 72 Hours...Couldn't ask for a better Agent. Thank-you!

I would highly recommend Jade to sell your house. He worked all hours of the day everyday of the week to get us the sale that we were happy with. Very easy to deal with and never let us down.

Jade has made our buying experience and easy and enjoyable one. We really appreciated that Jade was always available to take our calls, take us back through the property when required and had a great deal of knowledge about the Birkdale market. I would highly recommend Jade and his team if you are looking to buy or sell your property. Thanks you again Jade :)

Having the opportunity to work with Nyree on selling our house was a great experience. Finally after many years of buying and selling real estate I can truly say we have met someone at the top of their game. Nyree's commitment to us was first class. Her communication was quick, professional and timely. We highly recommend Nyree to anyone seeking to sell their house. She went well above the call of duty and offered real value to the sale of our property. Thanks Nyree.

Nyree made things very clear as to expectations prior to listing and ensured I completely understood the likely Sales process. After the buyer indicated she would like to make an offer, Nyree showed communications and professionalism skills that ensured everything went smoothly. Her efforts made the sale of my property far easier than it would normally be. I highly recommend Nyree to anyone looking for an agent.

What a pleasure to do business with someone who is genuinely friendly, caring and has everyone's best interest at heart. Would absolutely recommend her. From the first moment of contact, not once did we feel uncomfortable to ask 'silly' questions, every question was answered promptly and she went above and beyond any expectations. She is worth any awards coming her way.

We are so delighted Nyree was onboard to sell our home. Her outstanding service included staging, photos, marketing and access to a huge network which lead to our home selling in three weeks.

If you're searching for the most diligent, honest, professional agent who's willing to go above and beyond to sell your property, Nyree is your answer! After 3 months on the market with another agency and not one single offer on paper, we were extremely frustrated and dumbfounded as to why our reasonably priced, renovated property wasn't selling. We were ready to give up and try again in a few years but decided to have one last shot at selling with a change of agent. We called Nyree in after seeing all her success in our area over the years. We were worried that we should take the property off the market for a month or two before relisting with another agent but didn't have the time to waste. Nyree gave us the confidence that it wasn't necessary. Our listing with the other agent finished on Wednesday, Nyree listed our property on Thursday and had it sold on Saturday!!! We were speechless, we just couldn't believe how easy it was. The previous agent couldn't sell it in 3 months, Nyree sold it in 3 days for a price we were happy with! Nyree stayed in constant contact throughout the contract. Our solicitors were very bad at communicating with us, so Nyree pretty much did the conveyancing for us too! She informed us when conditions of the contract were being met, days before our solicitors were notifying us! She even handled our requests to bring the settlement date forward by a few weeks and to rent the property back from the new owners. And if that wasn't enough, while we were searching for our new home; she was more than happy to answer our calls/txts late at night asking for her opinion on other properties that weren't even her listings! Nyree has a wealth of knowledge she's only too happy to share. She's extremely professional and efficient but has a laid back nature and can have a laugh with you along the way. Best of all, she gets the job done! We can't recommend Nyree enough! Our only regret is that we didn't call her first!
