Friendly and efficient agency!
As a first time renter the process of finding a new home was pretty daunting. The first few places I inspected had agents there that made me feel like I was wasting their time by wanting to look at their properties, but still pressured me to apply. Steven and Tara at LJ Hooker Greystanes were different from the start; Tara hosted my inspection and was friendly and welcoming. Once I’d applied I was dealing with Steven, the property manager, and he was so patient with my multitude of questions, answering each very quickly, and providing ample support for a nervous new tenant. I’m very appreciative of the great customer service, and genuine care that Steven has demonstrated and can’t recommend his services highly enough.

Professional and great attention to detail
Alex was determined to manage our rental property...showed determination and skills...although we went with another agent for the sales if the property it was to do with the timing..we will definitely consider lj hooker to manage both rentals and sales in the future
