I am thankful to have Alexander at LJ Hooker Greystanes as my property manager for his recent help to find a tenant in just a couple of days for my unit that has been vacant for three months and run by a different agent. When I called him to ask him if I can transfer my unit to LJ Hooker, he responded quickly to my request and made appointment to see the unit immediately. Within a couple of days, he managed to advertise it and find a tenant for it. Alexander is a very professional and excellent property manager. He has a good knowledge of the market and the local area. I appreciate the time he spent to deal with this issue.
