
From the very first time I spoke with Jason on the phone, I knew he was going to sell my house but also represent the things we as a family believed in, during the sales process. Jason was present in every conversation, turned up early, prepared and brought his game….. EVERY TIME. Every conversation was strategic. I could see his goal was always to manage expectations and ensure we understood the process, the different scenarios that had and could play out, how he managed them and his recommendation for the best outcome possible. Jason has a great knack for story telling which comes across as entertaining but it’s his way of sharing different experiences from his 17 years in real estate to allow you to understand the different unpredictable and largely market-dependant scenarios that can play out in an otherwise very emotional transaction. He never over-promised, was honest when uncertain which wasn’t often and reassuring when we needed that. Auction day was a great success. A big turn out on the day, largely due to Jason's hard work to get bidders and interested parties there. We had 20 registered bidders. In the end, he sold the house $120K above reserve, to a family who we knew would benefit from what the street community had to offer them and one who would contribute positively.
