I found Jason to be honest and professional in his dealings with both the buyer(myself) and the seller side throughout the whole process. Jason understood the needs of both parties. He was punctual and prompt to reply to any enquiries. He was responsible, knowledgeable and committed well. Jason was straightforward. I would definitely work with him in the future to sell my property and would recommend him to others. Kind Regards Sam

With our appreciation that the house was sold in a timely manner, we would have appreciated a more positive attitude and a bit more faith from the Agent, also we believe further negotiation would have improved the final offer.

Jason was more than a pleasure to work with. He understood what we needed and made the experience stress free and enjoyable. He was very diplomatic and patient in the negotiation process during the sale and always made himself available to discuss any issues we had. I would strongly recommend Jason to anyone who is searching for real estate.

"LJ Hooker isn't just about property; its about people" If ever there was a realtor that encompasses that statement it's Jason Gebran. As first home buyers this experience could have been extremely intimidating and unnerving however it was made easy and exciting due to Jason's patience and expertise. The entire process was a wonderful experience and lines of communication were always open! We could not recommend Jason enough! 10/10!

Karen and her team were forthright about the market value of our property from day one. There was no sugar coating or overblown promises. They worked hard in their marketing over a 3 week campaign and brought in 12 registered bidders to our auction. The result was better than expected and well over our reserve. We found them to be honest, approachable and very professional. They are the only Real Esate Agent to use in Greystanes.

Jason provided a great service to me in selling the home of my mother. He kept me informed at all times of what was happening with the sale and the number of people who attended each open house. He obtained the best price for the property which will be used to provide the best care for my mother who requires on going 24 hour care

Jason was extremely professional, efficient and supportive. He consistently kept me in the loop and achieved our goal sale price after the first open home. Jason is realistic with his approach on the current market value of homes and will do his utmost best to ensure your home looks at it's best to sell. Thank you so much Jason, I'll definitely be recommending you and using you in the future. Good luck with your future sales!

Jason undertook to sell my house just as the market was taking a down turn. It went to auction and didn't sell, however, he got straight on to plan B and it sold 4 weeks later. A good result in tough market!
