Polite, helpful, kind and knowledgeable
Let me start with I am a senior, so computers etc of today are a little more challenging then my usual form of communication, having said that Amy has been extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating when I requested to come in and sign and pay bond and rent etc. Very informative regarding info needing my signature etc and never rushing or making me feel uncomfortable, even when asked questions she took her time to explain or respond and always making sure we understood each others response.

Great Property Management Services
We had Rachel as our Property Manager for a house we rented with Raine and Horne Ipswich. Rachel made our rental experience easy and seamless. She was very responsive and quick to get things fixed when required and helpful with any questions. As homeowners ourselves, we would 100% recommend Rachel as a Property Manager for our own house too!!

Good communicator and patient with first-time landlords
Worked with us to manage our property well, very thankful we didn't have to micromanage and they were able to handle most things on our behalf. As first time landlords we had no experience or knowledge in this and they helped us through the whole process.

Stress-Free First Rental Experience
