On appraisal, Dean advised he would have our property sold on the Monday after the first Saturday open, however it was Dean's knowledge of the local market that we felt comfortable with. Sure enough, we received our first offer on the Monday after the first Saturday inspection and the property sold by the Tuesday. Thank you to Dean and Jane for an easy transaction.

Debbie was recommended to me to sell my deceased Parents house. I Was not disappointed & will have her again, to sell my house shortly. Debbie was very professional & sold the house in a very short time. She explained everything I didn't understand along the way. I've found her to be very genuine, and on top of that, she is also lovely person. Thanks for everything Debbie :)

I cannot thank Debs enough for the seamless transition from me being a curious potential seller, to a comprehensive and well organised preparation for sale and subsequent marketing of the property. What seemed an intense and overwhelming undertaking was made a relatively comfortable and painless experience from Debs intricate knowledge of the local market. Thank you!
