Steve was absolutely fantastic to deal with in the purchase of our new home. It was the first time we had purchased an existing property, however Steve went above and beyond to step us through the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Steve was genuine, knowledgeable and made what is often an extremely stressful process, much easier. I would highly recommend Steve and LJ Hooker Nerang as the preferred agent / real estate for any prospective seller or buyer.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEVE AS A MARKETING AGENT. I BOUGHT THIS PROPERTY FROM STEVE AT LJ HOOKERS IN 2006. WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEN AND MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE SALE OF MY PROPERTY NOW. THE UNIT WAS ON THE MARKET LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AND STEVE HAD A BUYER, OFFERING THE PRICE I REQUIRED WITHOUT ANY HAGGLING.STEVE IS ALWAYS CONTACTABLE AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.

Ewan was extremely professional, attentive and a great communicator throughout the whole purchasing process. I certainly recommend him to any prospective clients. His "after sale" service for any queries has been great too.

Firstly, i would like to say that from the moment we first met Steve, his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge were exceptional. He went over and above and was always completely honest with us no lies and no game playing which we had encountered with other Agents. There were issues with our purchase and he again stepped up and assisted us, even after the property had settled. Words can not express our gratitude for his wonderful service and more importantly his care during the whole process. He is indeed a rare gem in an often harsh uncaring world and industry. Old fashioned courtesy, care, manners and exceptional service.

We recommend Steve Snow as a top agent, an works well for his clients, in finding what they want along with his great attitude an sense of humour is second to none. We have dealt with Steve on more than one occasion an always found Steve a very happy an helpful agent in everyway possible. Steve also makes sure of his clients are looked after well an truly while looking at house from point of service to end of sale an also his after sale service's to make sure his clients are more than happy an settling to there new environment.
