Nathan was very professional throughout the entire process, He in some ways went above my expectations for the role of a commissioned selling agent: for example Nathan advised on repairs and tidy ups that would assist in the sale. He then sourced the appropriate trades , got quotes , consulted and managed the processes to completion. But there is more ! Nathan tended to the property performing lawn mowing , watering and weeding to ensure that the property stayed in tip top condition until the sale transaction was completed.
