Dean is very friendly and easy to engage with. A real people person. Right from the start, Dean took the time to understand our situation and provide us with excellent advice about how to prepare our property for sale to maximise the price in the time frame we needed it. Dean is also a real doer. He took immediate action coordinating various trades people to do work we required to present the house in its best light for potential buyers. Dean was also very good at building interest in the property and was willing to follow up and engage with potential buyers as many times as required. One group of buyers rang Dean constantly over the 4 weeks campaign, and nothing was ever too much trouble, answering questions and giving all parties the facts to move forward with in the selling/buying process. We ended up with 6 more registered bidders than expected because of Dean's hard work and we exceeded our reserve price, even in a difficult market with increasing interest rates! Very highly recommend Dean to any buyer or seller if you want to get results with the lowest possible fuss.
