I have recently purchased a house with the assistance of agent Simon Brigden of the L.J.Hooker office in Stafford. Simon is a very personable young man with a warm, friendly manner who is keen to do his best by both buyer and seller. Any queries I had were immediately passed on to the seller and I received a very prompt reply often the same day. He had obviously established as good a communication rapport with her as he had with me. Simon welcomed questions concerning the property and gave honest answers that were borne out by the Building and Pest Inspector the following day. He also readily answered questions raised by other family members accompanying me, with my approval. Altogether Simon facilitated a very smooth purchase procedure that saw all prerequisites finalised in 4 days. I would highly recommend this very professional agent .
