The difficult situation of selling my mum's unit during her illness and then subsequent passing was made very simple and easy by Richard. Richard was understanding of some of the complexities around the sale but made the processes easy to follow. We were guided by Richard's experience in setting a price and after only 3 weeks, the unit was sold for the price we were looking for.
