Dean was brilliant from the very first contact throughout the process. He went over and above to help preparing the property, marketing the property, working with the tenants (as it was our investment prop), and communication. Dean had the property on the market super quick, and had qualified buyers from the first inspection. We ended up with two offers through his negotiation skills and was able to quickly close the deal. This meant we could move on our future plans. He was transparent and highly ethical making a point to ensure he was across every aspect of the home. Any potential buyers query was answered straight up and factual, and this meant no surprises in building and pest for either party. My property had been on the market for sometime with another excellent agent when Dean sent me a text because a friend had given him my number. I didn't respond to the text until about 7 months later when he came and had a chat with me. I had been well aware of Dean's sale record but was happy with my original agent. My problem wasn't my agent but rather the next door property which was an eye sore and because of a shared driveway, this turned off prospective purchasers.I changed to Dean for a fresh approach to engender more interest. Dean is very good at what he does, however, what he thought would be an easy sale because of the pristine condition of my property turned out to be the opposite due to the next door property. After the next door property also listed for sale and I had to fend off them and their agent with harsh communication, Dean's attitude toward me changed. He then realised I knew what I was doing and was a great support from that point forward. I would also like to mention that Simon Brigden was also very good. I know Dean sells a lot of properties, and based on my experience, I would recommend him as a professional and trustworthy individual who can cut to the chase and get the job done.
