I would highly recommend Dean if selling your property. From a buyers perspective Dean was available at all times of the day (even late). He also responded to queries quickly. Whenever we wanted to come and look at the property he was very flexible and if he was not able to get us in quickly he would ensure someone from the office could. When we were putting in our offer he also didn't waste our time like most other real estate agents have done over the past year we have been looking at houses. He told us if our offer was unrealistic instead of making us submit full offers only to be told we were nowhere near the sellers expectations. We have had bad experiences with other agents in Brisbane over this year just so they can get their quotas up to show the seller however Dean was not like this at all. He also had a really good knowledge of the house itself and helped us through the whole process to ensure settlement went through.
