Patrick demonstrates through his communication and discussions that he has extensive experience in selling properties. His knowledge of the Tuggeranong market assisted us to know what we amount we could ask for to sell our property. Patrick suggested we put our house on the market with an asking price opposed to going to auction and we are so glad we took Patrick's advice. Patrick sold our house after being on the market for approximately 4 weeks which has been a wonderful outcome.
