Patrick was great. He had a clear strategy and was very communicative the whole way through our campaign. The virtual styling photos he got done for our empty property were nothing short of magnificent. It brought the house up amazingly. Patrick also organised garden work and cleaning for us. A great relief to not have to worry about that. He was enthusiastic, efficient, no fuss and got us, I believe, the best price possible via auction. Apparently (according to the local grapevine) one of his monikers is 'the King of Tuggeranong'. I would have no hesitation recommending Patrick to anyone who wants to sell their house.
