A team effort by Sally and Andrew. This sale took place just at the start of the down turn of the market with rising interest rates and general nervousness. We were locked into a price range with very limited flexibility due to our commitment to moving into a local retirement village. Sally and Andrew managed to find a buyer interested in what we offered and negotiate a price that we hoped for but did not necessarily expect. This was a great relief to us and we are very pleased with the result. Furthermore they were able to lock in the price prior to auction and we avoided the uncertainty of an auction.
