After signing the agency agreement with David, I took my sweet time to put my property on the market. I kept David waiting and waiting and waiting! He phoned me from time to time to check in but was never pushy. When I eventually put the property on the market, David sold it within 3 days - at a price that I had hoped for but wasn't confident that I would get in the current market. What a star! David is transparent & honest, he communicates well and actually knows how to sell real estate. He is proof that vendors don't need to blow $3-4k on advertising, you just need a great agent that knows how to sell and actually earn their commission. That is David.
