I was referred to Marriott Lane by a colleague and after doing my own research I engaged them to place an apartment on the rental market. Their offices at Crows Nest are very impressive which to my mind reflects a very high quality professional organisation. Their knowledge of the market, communication and service, and professionalism was exceptional. The apartment needed renovations and I was not able to be onsite. I was referred to an excellent builder by Marriott Lane who came in on time and on budget. Any request I made for assistance was immediately actioned either in person or by email or telephone. In particular Stuart Howard and Angelo Huynh worked diligently to secure an excellent tenant. This was achieved within 1 day of the apartment being on the market. I would have no hesitation in recommending Marriott Lane.

I was really cramming as I needed to find a place since our lease from previous apartment was about to end. I luckily found this place and attended the inspection. Angelo, our agent was very nice, accommodating and was very helpful with all the queries we had. Normally, agents will just stand there and answer your questions but he was next level. He engaged to conversations which somewhat made me feel at ease. Also, communication was great. I told him my situation and that I really liked the place and he helped me get it. 😊
