We have a few investment properties and much experience with property managers over the years. Many real estate agents put the most junior staff on property management who sees the job as a stepping stone to sales. But not Marriott Lane- Sabine, our property manager is clearly experienced and takes pride in her role. Sabine is knowledgeable about tenants rights and responsibilities. She has a network of tradies who treat her request as a priority. She works hard to manage your property, and keeps you informed of any issues and progress. We recently had a tenant who broke lease early and Sabine was able to find another tenant with minimal interruption to lease which I thought was remarkable in the current market. All I can say is Sabine is the best property manager we ever had.
