Short on delivery
The agent was very helpful in locating free, unlimited carparks in the neighbourhood for me to park my car because the property does not have carpark .
I was also told there is no storage. I wanted the dryer removed because I have my own which is much larger and better quality. I was told it could not be removed. I later found out there is storage in the building but the landlord is using it to store their stuff and there is a lot of space in there for a dryer.
The agent should have known the whole building is wired by TPG and informed me when I signed the lease. This would have saved me a lot of hassle connecting my internet. Thanks to my neighbour, I was made aware of this information, cancelled my ISP transfer and connected with TPG, hassle free!
When I asked for copies of keys to the property, I was told to cut my own. When I asked for a spare key tag to swipe myself in, I was told pay $200. I questioned why the tenant has to absorb the cost of something that does not belong to them. What am I going to do with a $200 key tag and $50 worth of keys when I leave??
I have been in the new property for 6 weeks, the agent has not followed up on returning the inspection report either.
In conclusion, I would not recommend your business. It would be nice if the agent worked just as hard for the tenant as they do for the landlord.
