Charles has an extensive knowledge of the area, we had weekly meetings to gage the market,
Charles Stevens of Charles Stevens McGrath Randwick has a great team behind him . He has an extremely good knowledge and experience in Real Estate. I had regular contact with Charles and his staff which enhanced the fluidness of the sale of the property. He organised cleaners and gardeners to prepare the property, the result was extremely satisfying. The marketing plan was clear and suited the sale. Charles has a great personality, easy to talk to, listens to you and above all totally professional. We sold before auction for what I believe was an exceptional price. Everything went so smoothly, I would highly recommend Charles and his team to value, market and sell your property.

Professional advice, responsive service
Marnie provided us with expert advice and insight into the local market with relevant comparisons to recent sales. She advised on how to present the property and was incredibly efficient in sourcing quotes from trades when needed. Let me start off by saying I was probably the vendor from hell (sorry again Marnie). Like many home owners wanting to maximise their sale price, I thought I was the expert on how to best achieve that outcome but I was (sadly) wrong! ‘You need to trust me - I know how to do this’ she said. And she was right! She calmed the vendor from hell (me) with her composed and smiling assurances and when the time to deliver arrived….she delivered with an outcome that exceeded our expectations. I’m not sure how many more times we’ll be selling but it will always be with Marnie! Winners are grinners and we’re grinning 😀

Great professionalism and team
Chris, Joey and the team were recommended to us by a friend and we are glad we went with them! They were super friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was great and we got updates after every open home, had weekly in-depth phone calls to give insights to where they were at in terms of potential buyers.
