I had no hesitation of using Joey when I decided to sell my house. The hard work he put through and constant updates, recommendations and advice he gave me when I bought the house from him, I knew i had to use him to list my house in the market if I wanted a quick sale. True enough! Just how quick it was when I bought it, my house was sold at first open home for the price I was happy with. He was very professional, full of suggestions and advice while being friendly at the same time and compassionate during the whole process. After such a wonderful experience I felt it prudent to provide you with feedback in relation to Andrew Lia from your Emu Plains office. We actually didn’t choose Andrew to begin with though. While he presented us with a professional marketing campaign, we were star struck by a cheap commission and the promise of shopping centre exposure from a local agent. We quickly learnt that those two features were not going to be enough to sell our property. Andrew did not try to bedazzle us with sales a pitch, instead he provided precisely what he had discussed in our earlier meeting. Your network of agents were respectful and we enjoyed clear and consistent lines of communication.
