Professional, Courteous, Helpful and a Gentleman
My fiancée and I had been in touch with many agents and then stumbled across Matt’s path, being first home buyers we hadn’t been given the time of the day with others but Matt helped guide us and kept faith putting our minds at ease even in uncertain times and made effort to touch base with us when needed and helped navigate the process. He compiled a list of appropriate properties for us and fulfilled every request we had within his power. He was able to get a good result for both ourselves and the vendor and he displayed good knowledge about the area and market, I would highly recommend Matt to anyone in the market, no gimmicks or silly selling tactics just a great down to earth gentleman ready to get the best result for everyone. Best agent!
Joey was so helpful when it came to selling our house, he explained everything upfront. He would keep us informed on what’s going on from when we put it on the market up till we signed our contracts over for the sale. No question went unanswered and his attitude towards his vendors is nothing short of amazing!
