The guys at McGrath are very experienced and have developed a good understanding of the area and prevailing market conditions. Amit was very transparent about the process and didnt try to oversell the services or promise something that couldnt be achieved (as others did). In a falling market he kept us informed and communication was great. Their fee is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
