Rowen is an exceptional agent. He has been available, approachable and honest during our process of selling. From the first meeting until we sold our property he has been with us. I am very happy to provide feedback on our experience with Rowan Threadgold who is part of McGrath Parramatta team. We chose Rowan to sell our unit because of his obvious enthusiasm for the area. Rowan actually lives, not just works, locally and this was a big plus for us as he was able to talk up the benefits of the area to potential buyers. One of the things that stood out was his open communication style and his professionalism. I asked to be included in any decision making regarding the unit and Rowan was happy to do this. He kept me informed on numbers following open homes and, because of strong interest in the property, he was able to find a buyer in just four weeks. I am sure, through conversations that I had with Rowan, that he did a lot of work behind the scene following up leads and beating up interest. He is one of the most pleasant real estate agents that I have had the pleasure of working with and we can not thank him enough.
