Jen and her colleague Kim worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help us with the selling of our house. Jen was in regular contact with us keeping us up to date with prospective buyers feedback and what to expect at auction. It felt like our house was the only one they were trying to sell. Jen and Kim are an extremely professional team and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I have bought and sold properties in Greystanes and Pemulwuy for many years and have come across many different agents. When I met with Anita she was unlike the rest. She listened and gave me honest advice, there were no sale pitches or gimmicks, I immediately felt comfortable with the extensive knowledge of the area and her experience. I wanted an agent to tell me how to get my home to the next level and reach that DREAM sale price. She answered my questions, spoke to me regularly, gave me tips on how to improve the appearance of my home and together we mapped out how the marketing and auction process would proceed. I was so pleased with the video and the photos. The house looked amazing, I was blown away. To say that Anita went above and beyond would not be enough, she prepared my home for open home when I had an emergency and couldn’t get home. She vetted each person entering my home to ensure my property and belongings were safe. She knew when to go to auction and how to get the most out of potential purchases. Anita is a skilful salesperson, she does not just have one approach for all buyers, I witnessed her have a hard sales approach for purchases that needed a push and a gentle approach for those which needed more discussion and finesse. She is clever and always negotiated with strength and class. She always answered the phone to all of my potential purchases, taking every enquiry seriously and following up with them after each open home. I am so happy with the amount of interest and the quality registered bidders she was able to attract. She never misled me or them and was always real about what I should expect. She chose an excellent Auctioneer and on Auction day, her and her team were on the floor working with each bidder to achieve the best result for me. Most of all Anita made the process of selling my family home smooth and actually fun! I would recommend Anita to anyone and would definitely only use her again. She achieved my DREAM sale price!
