Rowan actually lives, not just works, locally and this was a big plus for us as he was able to talk up the benefits of the area to potential buyers. One of the things that stood out was his open communication style and his professionalism. I asked to be included in any decision making regarding the unit and Rowan was happy to do this. He kept me informed on numbers following open homes and, because of strong interest in the property, he was able to find a buyer in just four weeks. I am sure, through conversations that I had with Rowan, that he did a lot of work behind the scene following up leads and beating up interest. Stephen is probably the nicest real estate agent in the industry. Having already bought from Sam in the past, we knew as buyers how hard he worked for both parties. He was also the most genuine agent we had ever met. Sam didn’t disappoint us as vendors either. We experienced issues with a buyer but Sam, true to form, went above and beyond to get things back on track. Sam is so prompt with communication, transparent and approachable.
