great insight of local market
Brad is very professional and an excellent communicator. He is very knowledgeable and transparent. He has provided wonderful guidance, great insight of local market and always approachable. He and his team was always there to answer any questions, arrange bank evaluation, build and pest report I would recommend Brad without any hesitation to experience exceptional services.

Excellent service and management of whole process to achieve best price for my property.
Emma was in touch with us on regular basis and updated on market condition which allow us to make decision to sell our property at right time. She managed whole process very efficiently as well as dealt with difficult tenant to get things organised for inspection. She always kept us informed about the progress and insights of the inspection. She worked with various buyers and touch based with them regularly till auction time to get best price for our property.

Knowledgeable and Professionalism

Perhaps you have seen my reviews on google warning on someone who is so unprofessional. I am the person who very rare to give 5 stars to anyone but Rowan is definitely worth it simply because I cannot find a single fault of him in this property selling process. * Concise, knowledge of the market, punctual on appointment, reasonable fee, honest on valuation, follow up on matters automatically without requiring me to chase and promptly giving me an update. It is a pleasure to deal with a professional property sales agent like him. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who want to buy or sell property in Parramatta. He is the man!

Excellent Experience
From our first meeting with Amit we knew we had chosen the right agent. Amit has an in-depth knowledge of the area, current/recent sales and the type of buyer who would be buying our property. We are really big on communication and Amit along with his team kept us informed the whole way. Full transparency of who was coming to the opens, what the feedback was and any other relevant information.
