Hi Since I have decided to sell my property I’m observing a lot of auctions and I decided to sell my property with McGrath parramatta. The way they advertised and represent my property was amazing. I got my expected sale price within a reasonable time frame. Thanks to team McGrath. All the very best team McGrath.

Hi After six months observations of auctions in my suburb I’m highly impressed by McGrath-Parramatta. They helped me a lot to sell my property. There suggestions to make the property more attractive and new in the market are very helpful. All the buyers were impressed . I got my expected sale price within a reasonable time frame. Thanks to the team McGrath- Parramatta .

We met Sam when we bought the house. He was the most helpful, and honest real estate agent I have ever met. Even after completing the purchase, he helped us with whatever we needed, even several years after. When it was time for us to sell, there was no question about it, we engaged Sam. He helped us get the services together from his contacts, and they were also very excellent with their customer service, going out of their way to help us meet our very short timeframe. Sam has always kept us up to date at every stage and charged a very reasonable fee. And he really knows the real estate market! I learned so much about it from him. For the 8 years I have known him, he has always been reliable, friendly and always had an outstanding solution to everything. He has great respect for his customers, and values the relationships that are formed with them. If you need a really good real estate agent, hire Sam! If you encounter him as a buyer, you will be very lucky.

We first met Sam at a property we were initially unsuccessful in. He impressed us with his market knowledge and experience, but most importantly his genuine, fair and reasonable manner... Something which is a rarity in this current market. Despite not having any suitable listings for us, Sam kept in contact and provided a source of invaluable knowledge and understanding in our journey. On many occasions Sam even guided us through several other attempts as well as highlighting some other listings that ticked our boxes, all with different agencies, none of which he was affiliated with! This truly showed us Sam wasn't just a typical agent, but showed alot of care and commitment for prospective buyers. Would 100% recommend to buyers or sellers, this current purchase was a fantastic outcome for both parties. He was fair and reasonable and delivered at the end of the day for his vendor.

He is a rare man to find today and we completely recommend him to anyone that wants the best agent for their property sale.
